GROUP DOG TRAINING CLASSES
Training Loyal Companions Academy offers a wide variety of dog training classes and cane educational training workshops, to help you connect with your new canine companion.If a new puppy needs some life training skills or an older dog needs brushing up on listening skills - we have a class to suit you and your family. All classes use connection training and relationship building techniques.
How Does It Work?
Step 1:
CHOOSE A START TRAINING CLASS WITH DATE AND TIME
Choose which class you would like to sign up for.
Step 3:
PROOF OF VACCINES
Provide proof of vaccines with certificates/breeder passport/veterinary receipts
Step 4:
PRE PAYMENT

Step 5:
CANINE EDUCATION BEGINS
Once all your steps are completed, your education emails begin. Please take the time to read ALL the information sent you - there are some valuable tips, tricks and amazing educational videos for you.
Puppy Foundations Class
Do you have a new puppy? Puppy biting and mouthing getting on your nerves? Need some guidence on kennel training and night time routines? Looking for extra help with potty training?
This training class is designed to provide you with the canine education skills through your puppy phase.
Life Skills level One
Welcome to your puppy class lifeskills training.
This amazing training class is based on CONNECTION training with your puppy.
An excellent resource for your puppy manners cue behavior training such as sit, down, stand, stay and leave it.
Life Skills Level Two
Life Skills Level Two is your next level of lifeskill training for additional cue behavior training. LIFE SKILLS LEVEL TWO has been completely re-designed over the 2023 year to include canine conditioning work, confidence building, hind end and body awaeness awarness, confidence building and connection training.
Leash Manners and Recall Training
Your LEASH MANNERS training class will help to brush up your leash manners and walking skills. Together we will work as a team to increase and strengthen your COME WHEN CALLED training.
PUPPIES AND BUBBLIES
This class is a great way to work on exposure and socialization with a trainer guided canine communication play by play of what dogs are saying with their body language and dog behavior explained.
All classes at held at St Vital Park on Mondays starting September 16th, 23rd and 30th at 7:30PM.
Service Dog Training Level One
This service dog coaching class will offer the following service dog training tasks:
- Service Dog Retrieve
- Chin Rest
- Anxiety Alert
- Deep Pressure Therapy
This class is designed for dogs who are already service dogs looking to brush up on some skills and learn new service dog training taks.
Additional training levels available by request!
Assisted Therapy Dog Training
Assisted Therapy Dogs work with their owners who are typically in the profession of teacher, educator, therapist or phycologist or doctors.

Public access group dog training classes will be coming soon Spring 2024. Request to be placed on the list for dates and times.
Therapy dog training
Therapy dog training classes are formatted for potential therapy dogs designed as a goal to earn their Canadian Kennel Club Canine Good Neighbor certification.

St Norbert Community Centre
Group Dog Training Classes will be held at the St Norbert Community Centre.
The Hall is a 2800 SQFT room with direct access to washrooms, with outdoor training space
