ABSOLUTELY! Fresh water through the entire day!  Some dogs drink frequently, and others not so much. Some dogs can be quite picky as to the type of water they drink, and do not enjoy bowl sharing. If this is your dog, they might drink a bit more when they get home.

Can you feed my dog lunch or a snack through their stay?

We sure can! Please provide us with food or a snack. Lunch time is 12:00-12:30 pm.

What happens if my dogs gets injured at daycare?

Just like a child daycare, injuries will happen from time to time. We do everything possible to be sure they don't happen, and injuries are few and far in between. We will notify you right away no matter how minor (scratch on the leg) or major (limping on a leg), by email or phone. Picture can be sent of the injury, and together we can decide if your dog is good to continue playing for the day, or home for the day or veterinary visit is the best option.

Are dogs required to be friendly for doggie daycare?

YES! We have a 100 % NO AGGRESSION POLICY! Doggie daycare is a form of play for dogs to have fun and make friends. Not a place for working on socialization skills, as that would be more for private training.

To sign up for doggie daycare you can email, call or text This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or 204-794-5456. There are forms to be filled out, for us to keep on file and information to be provided about you and your dog. We currently do not have on line sign up, as we want to pre screen your dog before coming to daycare to be sure your dog is a good fit for play time.

Do you separate the small dogs from the big dogs?

We sure do! We have a separate area for the small dogs to play with water and toys.

Do you have a specific day for just small dogs?

The first Wednesday of every month is small dog only! From there each dog just kept resigning up! We have lost of small dogs Wednesdays and Fridays, and a mix for Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What if my dog is shy or anxious? How will you help them during their stay?

Al dogs need decompressing time, a chance to settle in, and get used to new things. We always give them that chance, if it takes 5 minutes or 45 minutes. If your dog is having a difficult time settling in, we will try interrupt and redirect techniques. From inside to outside, from barking to toy playing, from pacing to walking around the room together. If your dog cannot settle, and is struggling - we will contact you and let you know! Then together we can discuss and decide if an earlier pick up, staying for the day, switching to another day, decreasing time to a half day stay is in your dogs best interest.

Do all dogs enjoy doggie daycare?

NO! Not all dogs enjoy doggie daycare. And not all dogs need doggie daycare. Some young puppies start out with strong daycare love, then that dwindles off as maturity sets in. Perhaps play time with many dogs is no longer fun for them, and staying home and basking in the window sun is much more appeasing for them. We will let you know how things are progressing at daycare!
